The published eMudhra pricing policy states that eMudhra collects certificate payment directly. Refund eligibility and processing for that payment are governed by the official eMudhra policy in force at the time of purchase.
Unprocessed DSC applications
The referenced policy describes a refund route when payment was collected but KYC could not be completed, subject to a customer request and issuer review. Check the live official policy for current terms.
Physical products
Returns for tokens or other products are subject to the issuer or seller policy, including rules for defects, packaging, shipping and cancellation windows.
Partner services
If a separate paid assistance service is offered, its scope, price and cancellation terms must be agreed in writing before payment.
