No guarantee
Issuance, timing, portal acceptance and price depend on official verification, current policies and third-party systems. We do not guarantee issuance or uninterrupted portal availability.
Customer responsibilities
Applicants must provide accurate information, protect OTPs and token PINs, follow official instructions and verify the selected certificate meets the receiving portal requirement.
Payments
Where the published eMudhra policy applies, certificate payment is collected directly by eMudhra and not by partners. Any separate optional service must be described transparently before agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, probe security controls, submit another person’s data without authority or attempt to obtain unauthorized access.
